Job Summary: Forklift Operator responsible for loading, storing, organizing goods, and operating forklifts safely. Key Highlights: 1. Operate electric and/or gas-powered forklifts safely 2. Load and store goods 3. Maintain warehouse organization and inventory control **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Load goods according to each shipping manifest’s destination and respective carrier; * Store cargo after unloading containers; * Store returned goods in inventory; * Charge forklifts, observing safety requirements; * Store loads in appropriate locations using pallet racks; * Inspect battery, hoses, mast, and other forklift components; * Operate electric and/or gas-powered forklifts, complying with safety regulations; * Perform internal transfers of goods, inventory counting, and stock organization; * Complete the machine checklist before starting activities; * Participate in inventory counts, operating the forklift; * Comply with safety standards, accident prevention, and environmental risk mitigation; * Comply with the company’s quality policy; * Comply with company rules and procedures. Requirements and Qualifications: * Forklift Operator certification; * Experience with reach trucks; * Completed high school education. Additional Information: **Work Schedule:** Second shift – from 2:20 PM to 10:40 PM, Monday through Saturday.
