




Job Summary: A professional responsible for processing and analyzing biological samples, ensuring test quality, and managing laboratory equipment. Key Highlights: 1. Biological sample processing and analysis 2. Quality monitoring and equipment maintenance 3. Technical support and training of new staff Receive, sort, verify, centrifuge, and distribute biological samples to respective departments for analysis; Collect samples as required per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); Perform assigned bench procedures, prioritizing timely result release; Monitor and evaluate internal and external quality control for performed tests; Control, track, and document preventive and corrective equipment maintenance; Perform equipment maintenance and periodic checks; Enter work maps manually when not interfaced, or submit interface files; Assist in inventory control and material requisition, considering consumption/loss of each item used in the department; Responsible for workplace cleaning and organization Archive raw data (work maps, spreadsheets, reports) from their department; Support the Technical Manager in implementing and executing quality programs and tools to ensure standardization; Act as a knowledge multiplier, encouraging and transferring technical and scientific knowledge to new staff; Perform external collections as needed.
