




Job Summary: A professional responsible for installing, maintaining, and certifying network infrastructure, including structured cabling and optical fiber. Key Highlights: 1. Conduct cable testing and certification ### **Responsibilities:** * Install network infrastructure, including rack, patch panel, tray, and conduit assembly, as well as routing of network cables (UTP, STP) and optical fiber. * Carry out structured cabling tasks, organizing and standardizing cables in accordance with technical standards (e.g., ANSI/TIA-568), ensuring ease of future maintenance. * Perform cable termination, including crimping of RJ45 and RJ11 connectors and optical fiber splicing. * Conduct cable testing and certification using qualifiers or certifiers to ensure signal quality and network performance. * Identify and resolve connection faults, performing both preventive and corrective maintenance. * Maintain site organization and cleanliness, as well as ensure safe transportation of equipment. ### **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Knowledge of network infrastructure, ability to read project drawings and technical standards (ABNT, ANSI/TIA, ISO/IEC). * Proficiency in using tools such as crimpers, drills, cable strippers, and testers. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. * Availability and capability to work at heights or in confined spaces, when required. ### **Preferred Qualifications:** * Technical course in Computer Networks, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or Electrotechnology. *CTC is an inclusive company.
