Assist in reviewing and organizing documents related to benefits and onboarding. Maintain updated records and document processes as instructed. Support communication with employees and HR suppliers regarding HR processes. Requirements **Skills and tools:** Basic knowledge of HR department routines, Office suite, and management systems. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in HR-related roles preferred. Education: Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
