Professional to manage and coordinate electrical, hydraulic, and fire protection installation projects, supervise teams, and ensure compliance with applicable standards.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
Manage and coordinate electrical, hydraulic, and fire protection installation projects
Supervise technical and operational teams
Plan schedules, resources, and execution strategies
Control project timelines, costs, and quality
Ensure compliance with technical and safety standards
Manage multiple contracts and simultaneous projects
Maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
Prepare performance reports and indicators
Analyze and implement process improvements
**REQUIREMENTS**
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering
Postgraduate specialization in Project Management or Installation Systems is desirable
Solid experience in building installations (residential and commercial)
Experience in cost, schedule, and contract management
Advanced knowledge of technical standards (NBR 5410, NBR 5626, NBR 15575, NR-10, NR-18, and related standards)
Strong leadership skills and ability to manage large teams
Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**
Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, CAD, and MS Project
Knowledge of SIENGE
Employment Type: Full-time CLT, Freelance / PJ
Compensation: R$1.518,00 – R$22.000,00 per month
