Job Summary: Responsible for dimensioning, controlling, and analyzing products and tools using precision instruments, supporting dimensional correction and calibration control. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on quality and three-dimensional measurements **Education:** · Completed high school; · Technical course (metrology/mechanical/electrical/mechatronics/other mechanical industry fields). **Experience:** Experience in metallurgical / automotive parts / automotive industries * Experience in Quality area (Preferred). **Specific Knowledge Required for the Role:** · Proficiency in using measuring instruments · Knowledge of product auditing and layout inspection (Preferred). · Knowledge of 3D metrology (Preferred); · Knowledge of GD&T; · Experience in CNC/manual 3D measurement (Preferred); · Familiarity with PCDMIS and/or Mc Cosmos software (Preferred); · Proficiency in Office suite, Excel, and Power BI (Preferred). **Languages:** · Basic English (Preferred) **Job Description:** · Dimension/control/analyze products and tools using precision instruments and machines; · Interface with production and tooling departments to support dimensional corrections. · Assist in managing equipment and calibration certificates for measuring instruments; · Ensure proper maintenance of equipment, machines, and instruments used, as well as cleanliness and organization of laboratory facilities; · Perform measurements and generate dimensional reports using three-dimensional measuring machines; · Conduct preliminary analysis and immediately notify responsible personnel in case of non-conforming products. **Personal Skills Complementing the Profile:** · Demonstrate initiative; work collaboratively in teams; interact flexibly. · Demonstrate organizational ability; demonstrate written and oral communication skills. · **Must be available to work all shifts**.
