Develop content that reinforces culture and engagement. #### **About the Role:** Plan, execute, and strengthen internal and external communication for Muffato Malls, ensuring institutional alignment, employee engagement, and consistent brand positioning among tenants, partners, and external audiences. The professional will connect people, culture, and business through clear, accessible, and goal-aligned communication strategies, supporting the Group’s real estate division. #### **Main Responsibilities:** **Internal Communication** * Plan and execute internal communication initiatives for Muffato Malls. * Produce institutional announcements, informational materials, and internal campaigns. * Support leadership in disseminating strategic information. * Develop content that reinforces culture, engagement, and organizational alignment. * Organize internal communication calendars. * Ensure clarity, conciseness, and standardization of communication. **External Communication & Social Media** * Manage Muffato Malls’ institutional social media channels. * Produce strategic content targeted at: tenants; investors; commercial partners; corporate audience. * Plan monthly editorial calendars. * Create institutional and commercial content aligned with the advertising agency. * Support promotion of inaugurations, leasing activities, and real estate projects. * Monitor interactions and support the brand’s digital relationship management. **1. Requirements** * Completed or ongoing degree in Social Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields. * Experience in internal communication and/or corporate social media. * Experience producing institutional content. **4. Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in corporate communication or organizational communication. - Experience interfacing with advertising agencies. * Multidisciplinary profile (communication + content + relationship management).
