Your responsibilities (Key Activities) * Handle customer calls, answering questions and recording requests. * Provide quick and clear solutions, guiding customers step-by-step to resolve issues via digital channels such as e\-mail, online chat, WhatsApp, voice, and other support channels. * Record all interactions in the company's systems, following established scripts, policies, and internal procedures. Mandatory Requirements * Be at least 18 years old. * Have completed high school (secondary education). * Be available to work onsite in Arapiraca. * Be available for part-time shifts on a 6x1 or 5x2 schedule, during morning, afternoon, or night shifts.
