**We are seeking a creative and experienced Graphic Designer** to join our growing team. As our company scales, we're looking for someone who can work independently on a diverse range of design projects while collaborating closely with our remote\-first Creative Team. This is an opportunity to contribute to impactful branding, web design, and digital marketing projects that help real estate properties connect with their ideal residents. **What You'll Be Doing:** * Design custom brand identities from concept to completion, including logos, brand guides, and full visual systems for real estate properties * Create modern, timeless visual assets that balance current trends with longevity—crafting designs that won’t feel dated in 2–3 years * Design beautiful website layouts and landing pages that honor existing brand guidelines while bringing fresh, contemporary perspectives * Develop supplementary graphics and visual assets for cases where client resources are limited * Adapt your design approach to suit different audiences—from Gen Z students to active seniors to young professionals * Create digital advertising sets for social media and display campaigns * Design mockups for client presentations and company portfolio social media posts * Present your rationales and thought processes behind your work for teammates and clients **What We're Looking For:** * 5\+ years of professional graphic design experience * Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, web design, and digital marketing work * Ability to shift design tone and style to match different target demographics * Ability to work independently and execute projects with direction and feedback * Experience creating comprehensive brand guidelines and identity systems * Experience creating beautiful, innovative website and landing page designs with strong UX/UI principles * Self\-motivated with excellent time management skills * An innovative mindset, thirst for knowledge and interest in collaboration * Openness to using AI tools to enhance efficiency, creativity, and workflows (e.g., ideation, exploration, iteration, or production support) * Ability to thoughtfully integrate AI\-assisted processes without compromising quality, originality, or strategy **Communication \& Availability Expectations:** * Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas, provide context, and collaborate with teammates and clients * Full\-time availability during regular business hours (9:00am–5:00pm **US Central Standard Time**) Some flexibility is available, as we are a remote\-first workplace with team members across the globe; however, candidates must be reliably reachable and responsive during core CST hours **Required Tools \& Skills:** * Expert\-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Adobe XD) * Proficiency in Canva * Strong understanding of web design principles and user experience * Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize workloads, and work efficiently under deadlines. * Strong interpersonal skills, a collaborative spirit, a positive outlook, and a good sense of humor. **Nice to Have:** * Basic knowledge of CSS and web development constraints * Familiarity with Wordpress and Divi page builder * Familiarity with Accelo * Motion graphics and video editing capabilities **About Threshold:** Threshold is an award\-winning full\-service agency who historically served clients in the real estate industry by connecting buyers, renters, and investors with their future communities.
