Use of generative AI for design and acceleration of ideation and prototyping **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Full-time – CLT Create and execute visual and motion campaigns for digital marketing (paid media, social media, landing pages, email marketing, and websites), focusing on CTR, CVR, and engagement; Develop campaign key visuals, product launches, and strategic initiatives; Develop and maintain landing pages on Framer, WordPress, Webflow, and HubSpot, aligned with branding, conversion, and performance; Create physical materials for events and brand activations, such as exhibition booths, promotional boxes, t-shirts, and giveaways; Collaborate closely with Growth, Social, Brand, Product, and Tech teams, operating under clear SLAs and well-organized task management. Create and develop Key Visuals (KVs)—conceptual visual assets for integrated campaigns, corporate materials, presentations, websites, landing pages, social media, e-books, events, and other deliverables—ensuring alignment with brand positioning and business objectives; Strategically contribute to branding and visual identity projects, supporting brand evolution and consistency across all communication channels; Maintain and evolve the brand book and design system, ensuring consistent application of visual elements, typography, colors, and style across all platforms; Translate marketing strategies into creative and functional assets, collaborating closely with teams to strengthen brand storytelling; Produce, review, and supervise communication and branding assets, guaranteeing visual excellence, consistency, and impact in every delivery; Support the marketing team in creative direction for events and activations—from initial visual concept through final production (scenography, giveaways, audiovisual materials); Monitor design, branding, and behavioral trends, suggesting innovations to keep the brand relevant and inspiring; Explore the application of generative AI in design (Midjourney, Firefly, DALL·E, Runway, etc.) to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and image library creation, testing new aesthetic and productive approaches; **Requirements:** Web page creation and development using HTML/CSS, including proficiency in WordPress, Webflow, Framer, and HubSpot; Static design (Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator) and motion design (After Effects), plus video editing; Experience in print design and physical material production; Advanced craftsmanship with solid understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and composition. Proven experience in graphic design or visual communication, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, KVs, digital campaigns, and printed materials; Proficiency in major Adobe Creative Suite tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma; Knowledge of design systems, UI, and visual UX; Experience with HubSpot, WordPress, Webflow, and Framer; Familiarity with AI applied to design (Midjourney, Firefly, DALL·E, Runway, etc.); Strong command of composition, typography, color, visual hierarchy, and identity development; Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with autonomy, organization, and quality focus; Strong communication skills and ability to clearly and strategically present concepts and justify visual decisions; **Benefits:** Transportation allowance, Commuter benefit, Meal voucher, Food allowance, Transit pass
