Key Responsibilities * Create graphic assets for social media, advertising campaigns, and corporate materials * Develop layouts for websites, landing pages, and marketing emails * Support the development and maintenance of the brand's visual identity * Create commercial presentations and internal materials * Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas * Ensure visual consistency according to the brand book Mandatory Requirements: * Degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Advertising, or related fields * Prior experience as a Designer (minimum 2 years) * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) * Knowledge of Figma * Understanding of social media design principles * Updated portfolio Preferred Qualifications: * Video editing skills * Basic knowledge of UX/UI * Experience with motion design * Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS Behavioral Competencies * Creativity and refined aesthetic sense * Organization and deadline management * Strong communication skills * Proactivity * Teamwork Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1\.650,00 \- R$3\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
