Grow, innovate, and deliver the best every day! **\#ÉSHOWPAPAI** **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Analyze daily material demand and inventory replenishment needs, ensuring adequate store supply. * Conduct quotations and manage purchasing processes, issuing orders according to planning and requirements. * Negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules. * Develop, evaluate, and maintain supplier relationships, monitoring performance and quality. * Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking, and control material flow. * Conduct market analyses to identify new suppliers and opportunities for procurement improvement. * Track delivery deadlines and ensure compliance with agreed-upon terms. * Support the development of performance indicators and reports for the purchasing department. **For this position, we expect you to have:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Knowledge of inventory control and supply chain management; * Experience in negotiation processes and supplier management; * Prior experience in purchasing, supply chain, or logistics; * Intermediate Office suite proficiency (especially Excel). **It would be a plus if you have:** * Experience in retail or distribution sectors; **So, are you in?!** **Join us as \#showpapai!
