#### **About the position:** * Responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising the company’s logistics operations, ensuring efficiency in warehousing and distribution processes, with a focus on productivity, cost reduction, on-time delivery, and excellence in customer service. #### **Key responsibilities:** * Manage logistics operations (receiving, warehousing, order picking, and shipping); * Plan and monitor performance indicators (KPIs) such as service level, costs, productivity, and deadlines; * Coordinate and develop the operations team, promoting training and performance evaluations; * Supervise the operations team, promoting training and professional development; * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures; * Optimize logistics processes by proposing continuous improvements; * Manage contracts with transportation providers and logistics suppliers; * Control operational costs and departmental budgets; * Ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction; * Collaborate closely with departments such as sales, finance, and supply chain; #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Postgraduate specialization or MBA in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Management. * Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies. * Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards. **Desired competencies:** °Organization and planning; * Analytical ability; * Strong communication and negotiation skills; * Results-oriented mindset; * People management. #### **Preferred qualifications (advantageous):** * Postgraduate specialization or MBA in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Management. * Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies. * Experience in distribution centers or high-volume operations.
