Guarantee of quality and safety service delivery Job Description – General Overview: The Technician is responsible for executing field operational services, including pest control (DDT), technical network unclogging (DRT), water tank cleaning, urban pest control, and occasionally complementary activities. The role requires technical and safe performance, ensuring service quality and compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: Apply chemical products in pest control services, following technical protocols and sanitary regulations; Perform DRT services, water tank cleaning, and other services as required; Properly use and maintain personal protective equipment (PPE); Accurately complete service orders, technical reports, and inspection reports when necessary; Maintain organization and cleanliness of equipment and vehicles used; Strictly comply with safety regulations and company internal procedures; Ensure high-quality customer service during service delivery.
