




**Description:** Completed high school education Computer literacy is desirable Experience in the food industry is a plus Availability to work the 2nd shift (2:20 PM to 10:35 PM) on a 6x2 schedule Follow Work Instructions and Production Orders issued by the department; Report any issues or process deviations in the department to the Production Supervisor; Check equipment integrity and proper operation at the start of each shift; Open Service Orders for Maintenance as needed; Maintain constant communication with internal suppliers and customers to prevent equipment stoppages due to gelatin shortages and to sustain departmental productivity; Operate and control equipment within your assigned work area to meet departmental process parameters; respond effectively to issues that may affect normal departmental operations; Follow relevant ITs (Instructional Templates) and OPs (Operating Procedures) for your department, as well as instructions provided by the Production Supervisor; Comply with Safety, GMP, HACCP, and Food Safety standards; Keep your workplace clean and organized. 2512210202551603408
