Job Summary: A professional responsible for monitoring the flow of people, preventing losses, and ensuring the safety of assets and staff. Key Highlights: 1. Loss and theft prevention 2. Access control and patrols 3. Safeguarding asset integrity * Monitor customer, employee, and supplier entry and exit; * Observe suspicious activities and communicate with the security team or supervisors as necessary; * Conduct periodic patrols throughout the store premises; * Record incidents; * Implement loss prevention measures against internal and external theft. * Safeguard the physical assets of the store and the well-being of staff. * High school diploma required; * Prior experience in this role or in asset protection / loss prevention is preferred; * Basic knowledge of surveillance, approach techniques, and access control; * Strong communication skills, focused attention, and professional demeanor. Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) Compensation: R$1.690,00 - R$1.900,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
