We would be delighted to receive your application and learn more about your career and professional journey. **Job Details:** Load and unload trucks carrying LPG cylinders, ensuring safe handling of containers. Place cylinders onto filling equipment according to operational instructions. Conduct visual and functional inspections of cylinders, identifying and segregating units with damage, leaks, or expired validity dates. Clean cylinder exteriors, removing old seals, labels, and residues to prepare them for refilling. Check cylinders for potential leaks using water spray and perform simple corrections when necessary. Properly seal and secure filled cylinders in compliance with safety and quality standards. Operate mechanical or electronic scales to fill cylinders of various capacities (13 kg, 20 kg, 45 kg, and 90 kg), ensuring accurate weight. Adjust the net weight of cylinders as needed, maintaining product conformity with established standards. Perform decanting of containers and valve replacements per leadership instructions. Straighten container rims using appropriate tools. Sort cylinders designated for requalification and maintenance according to technical criteria. Keep yards, operating platforms, and paint booths clean and organized. Assist in moving other-brand (OB) containers within the plant as instructed. Strictly adhere to safety, quality, and environmental procedures throughout all production stages. Maintain equipment, tools, and the workplace in good condition. **Requirements:** * Completion of primary education (minimum educational requirement for this position). * Desirable: Fire Brigade Training (NR 23). **Additional Information:** * Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00; Saturdays, from 08:00 to 12:00.
