




**Main Responsibilities:** * Front desk control and registration of employee, visitor, and vehicle entry/exit; * Management and distribution of PPEs, ensuring proper use and timely replenishment as needed; * Organization and inventory control of supplies, materials, and tools; * Preparation and updating of administrative and operational tracking spreadsheets; * Support for general administrative routines, including document filing, report generation, and support to the management team. **Desirable Qualifications:** * Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate studies in administration currently underway are desirable); * Basic/intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel); * Organizational skills, attention to detail, proactivity, and strong communication abilities; * Ability to work effectively in a team and follow internal procedures. **Benefits:** * Attendance bonus: R$ 300.00 via Caju * Monthly physical food basket * Company-provided chartered transportation Job Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2.000,00 \- R$2.500,00 per month Benefits: * Food basket * Meal voucher
