The checker is responsible for verifying received and dispatched materials and goods, ensuring accuracy between invoices, purchase orders, and physical products. This role involves inventory control, warehouse organization, and support to sales and procurement teams, ensuring construction materials are properly stored and available as needed. **Main Responsibilities:** * Inspect goods received from suppliers by comparing invoices with purchase orders and delivered items; * Verify quantities, specifications, and physical conditions of construction materials (pipes, cement, paint, tools, etc.); * Record product entries and exits in the inventory management system; * Pick and verify materials for customer deliveries or inter-branch transfers; * Assist in organizing and cleaning the warehouse/storage area, ensuring proper storage and product identification; * Support periodic inventories and cycle counts; * Help load materials onto vehicles; * Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages to relevant departments (procurement or logistics); * Ensure the safety, integrity, and preservation of materials and the work environment.
