PCP (Production and Materials Planning) Analyst will perform daily production scheduling to meet customer order demand. Scheduling will cover the entire production cycle, including requirements for raw material procurement, general inputs, semi-finished goods, and finished products. ***Key Responsibilities:*** Daily analysis of open sales orders Daily and weekly scheduling of production machines Weekly raw material procurement scheduling Scheduling of third-party services Analysis of historical order fulfillment data to develop long-term strategies Meetings with the commercial team to analyze short- and long-term demand Daily, weekly, and monthly analysis of planned versus actual execution MRP (Material Requirements Planning) analysis of materials Planning for materials with low or no movement ***Required Qualifications:*** Experience in PCP and S&OP Experience in SAP, preferably Business One Strong communication skills across multiple departments—Sales, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Quality, etc.—is essential Leadership ability Proficiency in calculations PLEASE INDICATE YOUR SALARY EXPECTATIONS Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$3.400,00 – R$3.700,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation Allowance Experience: * PCP (Mandatory)
