**Position**: Lead Checker **Location**: Sumaré/SP **Schedule**: To be defined **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance or Fuel allowance; * Meal allowance * Dental plan — No co-payment * Basic food basket — Based on attendance **Requirements**: * Completed high school (technical or higher education in Logistics preferred) * Proven experience as a **Checker** and/or **Logistics Team Leader** * Ability to lead teams responsible for checking and cargo handling * Knowledge of inventory management, WMS, and material inbound and outbound control * Strong communication skills and proactive attitude **Main responsibilities**: * Lead and guide the checker team * Monitor goods receipt and dispatch * Ensure accurate verification of products, invoices, and orders * Conduct cyclic and rotating inventories * Train and evaluate team performance * Comply with and enforce safety and quality standards Job type: Permanent CLT Salary: R$2.500,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Workplace: On-site
