The Checker is responsible for ensuring the correct handling, verification, and organization of equipment designated for rental, guaranteeing that material entries and exits are conducted according to the quality and safety standards established by VELOC. This role strategically manages inventory control, equipment inspection, and supports logistics activities, contributing to operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. **Main Responsibilities** * Verify incoming and outgoing equipment, ensuring compliance with invoices, service orders, or rental contracts; * Conduct visual and functional inspections of equipment, checking usage conditions and identifying damages, defects, or maintenance needs; * Supervise vehicle loading and unloading, guiding support staff to ensure proper handling; * Organize and manage physical inventory of equipment and spare parts, maintaining updated records in systems or control spreadsheets; * Assist in periodic inventory processes, reporting discrepancies and suggesting corrections; * Identify and mark equipment as unavailable for use due to maintenance or repair; * Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with occupational safety regulations; * Assist drivers and helpers with delivery and collection logistics when necessary.
