The Conferente is responsible for ensuring the correct handling, inspection, and organization of equipment designated for rental, guaranteeing that material entries and exits are conducted according to the quality and safety standards established by VELOC. This role strategically manages inventory control, equipment inspections, and supports logistics activities, contributing to operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. **Main Activities** * Inspect equipment upon arrival and departure, ensuring compliance with invoices, service orders, or rental contracts; * Perform visual and functional inspections of equipment, checking usage conditions, identifying damage, defects, or maintenance needs; * Supervise vehicle loading and unloading, guiding support staff to ensure proper handling; * Organize and manage physical inventory of equipment and parts, maintaining updated records in systems or control spreadsheets; * Support periodic inventory processes by identifying discrepancies and proposing corrections; * Identify and mark equipment as unavailable for use due to maintenance or repair; * Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in accordance with occupational safety regulations; * Assist drivers and helpers with delivery and collection logistics when necessary.
