




**Sales Coordinator** **I\*We are a business group operating in the health and wellness sector.** Ativa Brasil Group\* provides solutions and technology for the development, outsourcing, and production of cosmetics, dermocosmetics, and supplements, as well as supporting entrepreneurs in this sector. We are seeking a **Sales Coordinator** to join our team. You will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring online customer service and sales activities, ensuring efficiency in customer relationships, as well as planning and conducting in-person visits to partner industries and pharmacies whenever necessary. You will define strategies for active prospecting, identify new opportunities, and manage the customer portfolio, ensuring satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business. You will also monitor order issuance and fulfillment, track sales targets and commercial KPIs, conduct periodic performance analyses and reporting, and lead the team’s participation in commercial initiatives, training sessions, and internal alignment meetings.
