Join us to work alongside experts, leverage advanced technology, and shape the future of connectivity. ### **What you'll do** * Support project engineering in developing devices, tools, and industrial equipment as required by the department; * Plan and develop modifications to existing processes through layout studies, labor analysis, equipment assessment, facility evaluation, and activity flow analysis; * Assist in preparing, reviewing calculations, and analyzing various factors related to manufacturing processing methods and systems, operation standardization, work rationalization, etc.; * Comply with the company’s established standards for quality, safety, and environmental protection. ### **What we offer** * Health insurance plan; * Dental insurance plan; * Attendance bonus – Sodexo meal voucher and Apoio Pass; * Profit-sharing program (PPR); * Pharmacy discount program; * Transportation; * Meal allowance. ### **What we are looking for** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; * Relevant work experience; * Knowledge of TIME STUDY, 8D, and FMEA; * Experience in CUTTING AND CRIMPING; * Experience in the automotive industry, particularly in the electrical harness segment, is a plus; * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency; * Intermediate/advanced English proficiency is a plus; * Availability to work during standard business hours.
