44 hours (m/w/d) Campo Alegre Brazil Kariny Leao HR Manager Opportunity for an Occupational Nursing Technician to work in Campo Alegre (SC). What you'll do * Provide nursing care to employees, including first aid, wound dressings, medication administration, and vital signs monitoring; * Manage medical certificates, health records, and occupational documentation, ensuring compliance with internal protocols and regulatory standards; * Schedule and follow up on admission, periodic, dismissal, and return-to-work medical examinations, keeping records and reports up to date; * Monitor drinking water quality, verify stock levels, material expiration dates, and outpatient clinic organization; * Support health campaigns, SIPAT (Internal Accident Prevention Week), educational activities, and preventive initiatives; * Assist in filing CAT (Work Accident Communication Forms), monitor employee absences, and advise staff in cases of occupational accidents or diseases; * Conduct workplace inspections to help identify risks and improve health and safety conditions.
