Operational assistance and generation of simple reports **Job Mission** Provide operational support to the sales department, ensuring prompt service to sales representatives and accurate execution of sales routines. **Main Responsibilities** * Provide customer service and support to sales representatives via WhatsApp/call; * Enter and verify orders in the system; * Send standardized sales materials (catalogs, price lists, product photos); * Update customer records and provide operational support to the sales department; * Generate simple sales-support reports. **Technical Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Good familiarity with technology, computers, and operating systems; * Intermediate Excel skills; * Experience with administrative and/or sales routines; * Strong written communication and organizational skills. **Additional Information** * Employment type: CLT; * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM; * Remuneration: R$1.800,00; * Transportation allowance; * Pharmacy benefit plan; * Discount on Via Gráfit products.
