Candidate information collected during recruitment for open positions is rigorously handled in compliance with LGPD — Brazil’s General Data Protection Law.* **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform mechanical maintenance services using predictive, preventive, and corrective methods, following planning as defined in work orders and intervention requirements for industrial area equipment; * Record complete service order history, indicating actual time spent, materials, tools, and auxiliary resources, to ensure accurate information for planning improvement. * Maintain machines, equipment, and installations by repairing or replacing parts and performing adjustments and calibrations; * Assemble and disassemble subassemblies and assist in assembling and disassembling belt conveyor components and equipment; * Comply with operational procedures, safety and environmental targets according to company-established standards; * Safeguard, maintain, preserve, and clean tools, machinery, equipment, and work-specific materials, as well as service locations; * Perform maintenance on conveyors, including roller replacement and scraper adjustments; * Carry out tasks under strict adherence to Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental regulations; * Fulfill occupational safety program activities; * Complete maintenance within scheduled timeframes to ensure equipment availability; * Perform conveyor belt and feeder belt replacement, hot and cold vulcanized splicing, belt repairs, mechanical splicing, and vulcanization for metallic surface coating; * Perform other duties compatible with the role, within one’s own area or across other areas. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education — vocational training related to the field is desirable; * Specific knowledge of industrial maintenance and hot/cold belt vulcanization; * Prior experience in conveyor belt vulcanization is required. **Additional Information** * Health insurance plan; * Dental insurance plan; * Meal card; * Life insurance; * Health and wellness platforms; * On-site meals; * Charter transportation. ***Vale Verde Mining is Alagoas’ first base metals company, operating an open-pit mine for copper concentrate processing.
