Act as a liaison between the operational team and supervision ### **Activity Description** Responsible for **coordinating and overseeing cleaning activities**, ensuring team organization, schedule compliance, and service quality delivered at the frontline. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise and guide the cleaning team in daily activities * Assign tasks according to schedule and operational needs * Ensure proper use of cleaning products, equipment, and PPE * Conduct quality inspections in serviced areas * Support onboarding and orientation of new staff * Act as a liaison between the operational team and supervision * Report incidents, absences, and operational needs ### **Desired Qualifications** * Prior experience as a **cleaning team supervisor or team leader** * Practical knowledge of professional cleaning techniques * Basic understanding of chemical products and equipment (floor scrubber experience is a plus) * Interpersonal and team leadership skills * Organization, accountability, and proactivity * Willingness to work in an operational environment If this opportunity resonates with you, please submit your resume.
