




Description: * Bachelor's degree in International Trade or related fields; * Specialization courses in International Trade, logistics, or related areas; * Specific knowledge: Negotiation skills; interaction with other cultures/countries; international experience; operational procedures in International Trade (Import and Export); ERP and data mining; * Communication skills, proactivity, versatility, interpersonal relationships, and organizational abilities; * Advanced/fluent English; * Proficiency in office software and operating systems; * Manage end-to-end import and export processes (documentation, customs clearance, freight, insurance, etc.); * Ensure correct tax and customs classification (tariff classification, Incoterms, trade agreements); * Monitor shipment and clearance flows, controlling deadlines and costs; * Interface with government agencies (Federal Revenue, MAPA, ANVISA, etc.); * Analyze and review documents such as invoice, packing list, BL/AWB, certificates of origin, and other requirements; * Develop and maintain relationships with international suppliers, customs brokers, freight forwarders, and carriers; * Monitor exchange rate fluctuations and their impact on import/export costs; * Prepare management reports and performance indicators (KPIs); * Support internal departments (procurement, legal, tax, finance) with strategic information on foreign trade; * Act as a technical reference within the team, guiding junior and mid-level analysts when necessary; * Manage and control the execution of service provider contracts related to foreign trade processes; * Manage and control metal analyses for customer shipments in domestic and international markets, including monitoring sample receipts and dispatches; * Manage and control imports acquired under special regimes (Drawback and Desenvolve), ensuring customs clearance occurs with tax suspension where applicable; * Monitor, together with operations/warehouse, the usage of imported materials, ensuring they are used for specific export purposes in the required quantities and within legal timeframes; * Interpret sales contracts and perform pricing calculations for different metals sold according to contract specifications; subsequently issue invoices whenever necessary; * Verify and record import and export invoices after shipments have been completed and sales invoices and purchase invoices have been issued; * Expedite import and export processes; * Monitor expiration dates of foreign trade powers of attorney. 2511200202481062241
