Responsibilities and Duties Supervise departmental administrative routines, including document management and reception services; Manage area-related contracts (deadline tracking, expirations, and renewals); Consolidate information to support decision-making by coordination; Provide administrative supervision of the bus fleet (contractual control, performance indicator monitoring, liaison with maintenance and transportation departments); Organize and allocate tasks among the administrative team; Support the development of action plans and continuous process improvement within the department; Serve as liaison with third-party catering providers. Requirements and Qualifications Completed Bachelor’s degree in Administration; Postgraduate degree in Business Management, Financial Management/Controlling, Project Management, Logistics, or Process Management; Leadership experience; Experience in administrative fleet management (vehicle tracking, leasing contracts, usage indicators); Contract management (validity period control, price adjustments, renewals, and financial monitoring); Knowledge of personnel transportation logistics; Experience in budget preparation, control, and monitoring for the department; Advanced Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (especially Excel for cost control and Power BI for indicator dashboards); Ability to prepare and monitor reports and key performance indicators.
