We are looking for a **Maintenance Assistant** to ensure equipment availability, facility safety, and smooth operational functioning through preventive and corrective actions across multiple areas. **Key Responsibilities** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on forklifts (internal combustion, electric, and pallet trucks), ensuring equipment availability. * Diagnose failures and replace mechanical and electrical components. * Replace and connect LPG cylinders, strictly adhering to safety protocols. * Monitor and maintain traction batteries, ensuring performance and service life. * Perform basic electrical repairs (lighting, outlets, switches). * Carry out hydraulic maintenance to prevent leaks and ensure proper system operation. * Perform painting, structural preservation, and minor masonry and surfacing repairs. * Control consumption and inventory of maintenance parts and supplies. * Record performed activities to support maintenance tracking and historical records. * Support and supervise external service providers. * Respond promptly to internal maintenance requests to ensure operational agility and continuity. * Comply with safety regulations, use PPE correctly, and ensure proper waste disposal.
