We are looking for a **Maintenance Assistant** to ensure equipment availability, facility safety, and smooth operation, performing both preventive and corrective maintenance across multiple areas. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on forklifts (combustion, electric, and pallet jacks), ensuring equipment availability. * Conduct fault diagnostics and replace mechanical and electrical components. * Replace and connect LPG gas cylinders, strictly adhering to safety protocols. * Monitor and maintain traction batteries, ensuring performance and service life. * Perform basic electrical repairs (lighting, outlets, switches). * Carry out hydraulic maintenance to prevent leaks and ensure proper system operation. * Perform painting, structural preservation, and minor masonry and cladding repairs. * Control consumption and inventory of maintenance parts and supplies. * Record performed activities, supporting maintenance control and history tracking. * Support and supervise external service providers. * Respond to internal maintenance requests, ensuring operational agility and continuity. * Comply with safety regulations, use PPE correctly, and ensure proper waste disposal.
