We are looking for a **Logistics Leader** to directly oversee inventory management, KPI monitoring, and operational team leadership, ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency within the department. **Responsibilities** * Monitor and analyze inventory counts, identifying root causes of discrepancies, stockouts, system errors, verification issues, and location misassignments. * Address non-conformities to ensure physical and system inventory organization and accuracy. * Analyze incoming invoices and product reconciliations, identifying inconsistencies and performing necessary adjustments. * Monitor inventory movements, identifying unauthorized receipts/shipments, duplications, or discrepancies. * Manage inventory adjustments to minimize losses and enhance information reliability. * Develop and monitor the team's counting and inventory schedule. * Track departmental KPIs and actively contribute to performance improvement. * Supervise receiving, storage, and warehouse organization operations. * Ensure execution and organization of inventories. * Lead, guide, and develop the team, ensuring adherence to routines, proper equipment usage, and safety standards. * Manage work schedules and overtime bank, promoting operational balance and efficiency.
