Responsible for translating the brand's strategic guidelines into regional actions, ensuring a profitable, inspiring operation aligned with the Group's culture. **Main Responsibilities** * **Manage commercial performance** of field teams, monitoring results and revenue targets for the region. * **Monitor and support beauty leaders and consultants (distributors)**, ensuring engagement, productivity, and satisfaction. * **Plan and execute local incentive campaigns and initiatives**, recognizing achievements and strengthening a sense of belonging. * **Drive expansion of the distributor base**, identifying recruitment and retention opportunities. * **Ensure compliance with corporate policies, standards, and guidelines** at the Distributor Space. * **Oversee logistics and customer service operations**, guaranteeing delivery timelines, quality, and a positive experience for distributors. * **Analyze performance indicators (KPIs)** and propose action plans to improve results. * **Conduct training sessions and development meetings** for leaders and distributors in partnership with HR Development. * **Foster relationships with internal departments (Marketing, Logistics, HR, IT, and Finance)**, ensuring integration and smooth processes. * **Represent O Boticário Group in the region**, maintaining the brand's image, ethical standards, and excellence.
