We believe in the power of intrapreneurship—that is, every person is invited to bring their knowledge, purpose, and unique approach to make a difference in daily operations. **What are the Nutrition Intern’s routine responsibilities?** * Support dish development under supervision of experienced chefs; * Support kitchen organization and cleaning, including washing utensils, pots, and equipment; * Contribute to maintaining order and cleanliness in work areas; * Assist in dish plating and presentation, ensuring quality standards are upheld; * Support nutritionists in internal buffet inspection processes; * Monitor menu execution and preparation testing; * Track customer satisfaction evaluations; * Monitor meal distribution, observing number of meals per service, consumption, replenishment at serving stations, evaluation of clean leftovers and plate waste; * Assist in replenishing workstations and ingredient stock as needed; * Ensure proper and safe food storage; * Guarantee compliance with food safety and hygiene standards, per local regulations and resort standards; * Maintain a clean and organized workspace; * Support administrative tasks within the department, including controls and inventories; * Follow instructions from the Executive Chef and team leaders to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations; * Perform other duties related to the field of practice. **What do we offer the Nutrition Intern?** Beyond compensation, you’ll find a relaxed environment, a diverse team, outstanding results, and abundant opportunities to learn and grow.
