




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for sanitation, pre-preparation and preparation of food and beverages, organization of the distribution ramp and dining area, and substitution in specific departments. Substitution across different departments · Perform sanitation, pre\-preparation, and assist in food preparation. · Prepare beverages and place them in equipment and/or utensils for service. · Prepare salads. · Arrange the distribution ramp, ensuring an attractive visual presentation and proper restocking. · Substitute for fast grill and self-service staff during their break hours. · Organize the dining area and perform end-of-day cleaning.
