Support in Building the Commercial Department from Scratch ND Evolution is a business mentoring and consulting company affiliated with MLS (Mentory League Society). We focus on transforming corporate culture, processes, and strategy through high-level education. We seek a "Hunter"-profile BDR to serve as the opportunity generation engine for our digital unit. You will be ND Evolution’s first point of contact with the market, responsible for opening doors, breaking the ice, and qualifying entrepreneurs seeking the next level of management. Your goal is to ensure a full calendar of qualified opportunities for our closers. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Actively prospect companies and strategic contacts (initial focus on accounting firms), using Outbound and Inbound strategies (LinkedIn, WhatsApp, e-mail, phone, and networking); * Conduct the initial outreach, understand the lead’s context, identify pain points, background, and fit; * Qualify opportunities (profile, potential, timing, and need) and schedule qualified meetings for closers; * Apply diagnostic filters to determine whether leads match our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and have the specific pain points addressed by our mentoring programs; * Structure and maintain the CRM (processes, records, stages, and history), ensuring predictability and organization; * Continuously follow up with leads who have not yet converted, ensuring no opportunity is overlooked (not merely "trying," but executing); * Support building the commercial department "from scratch," enforcing routines, deadlines, and internal alignment to keep the process running. **Requirements:** * Prior experience as an SDR/BDR, Inside Sales representative, or in prospecting/commercial roles; * Strong communication and relationship-building skills (outreach, follow-up, and handling the first contact); * Organizational discipline for prospecting routines and pipeline management; * Aptitude for quickly learning technical aspects of the service; **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in sales/prospecting within technical sectors, preferably B2B or educational markets. * Familiarity with qualification methodologies (e.g., SPIN, BANT, or similar); * Experience implementing CRM/commercial processes from scratch; * Experience selling high-ticket offerings (High Ticket). **Expected Behaviors:** * Communicative, organized, and committed profile; * Sense of responsibility and autonomy (this is a structuring role); * Hands-on approach and consistent execution; * Strong drive for growth and ambition to meet targets and pursue continuous development; * Full transparency regarding negotiation and process status; * Passion for transformation and human development. **Work Model:** * Remote work (Home Office) **Compensation:** * Base Salary: R$ 2.500,00 to R$ 3.000,00 (based on seniority) * Variable Compensation: Performance-based commission: * Meeting Bonus: Fixed amount per scheduled meeting that actually takes place; * Closing Commission: Percentage (2% to 3%) of the closed contract value generated by your prospecting efforts. **Benefits:** * Remote Work Allowance: Reimbursement for internet/infrastructure costs (region-dependent). * Elite Training: Access to MLS methodology and internal mentoring. * Career Development Plan: Real opportunity to advance to Closer/Sales Executive based on performance.
