




**Description:** Plan, execute and analyze marketing strategies that promote brand strengthening, increase institutional visibility, attract and retain customers, and drive the company's business results. The Marketing Analyst will be responsible for structuring and conducting internal marketing operations, focusing on digital campaigns, content production, paid traffic management, and market engagement. **Main Responsibilities:** Develop the strategic marketing plan, defining goals, timelines, and campaigns aligned with the company's objectives. Create and develop relevant content for social media, blogs, email marketing, and other digital platforms. Analyze campaign metrics and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities, course corrections, and result optimization. Set up, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram). Maintain and supervise the company's communication channels, focusing on customer relationship, retention, and public service. Ensure visual identity consistency and correct use of the brand's tone of voice across all channels and materials. Conduct market research to monitor trends, competition, and consumer behavior. Collaborate with Sales, HR, and Administrative departments, supporting institutional demands and integrating marketing actions with organizational strategies. Generate monthly performance reports and present results to management. **Required Qualifications:** Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields. **Desirable:** additional courses in social media, paid traffic, SEO, marketing automation, and data analysis. Proven experience in marketing, with focus on content, digital campaigns, and performance. Valid driver's license category AB, with availability for travel and commuting. Proficiency in tools such as Meta Business, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Canva, CapCut, RD Station, Mailchimp, among others. **Technical Skills:** Strategic marketing planning and brand positioning. Paid traffic management (Google Ads, Meta Ads). Content creation for digital media. Analysis and interpretation of metrics (Google Analytics, Data Studio). SEO, content marketing, and marketing automation. Advertising writing, copywriting, and storytelling. Creation and execution of email marketing campaigns.
