Replacement and installation of hardware components (memory, HDD/SSD, display, keyboard, boards, etc.). Formatting, configuration and installation of Windows operating systems and corporate tools. On-site IT support to users for hardware- and software-related incidents. Ensure equipment integrity and compliance with safety standards. **Requirements and Qualifications:** Proven experience as Technical Support Specialist, IT Technician or similar role. Solid knowledge of computer and laptop hardware. Must own a mobile phone and personal vehicle for field travel.
