PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT's needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Candidates who pass the selection process may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order. 1\.3\. The selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its implementation shall be the responsibility of the Human Resources Management of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT. The Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Dentist – General Practitioner **HIRING METHOD:** Fixed-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). 2\.1\. Work schedule and shift hours will be communicated by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department to the approved candidate upon call-up; the candidate must declare availability for the scheduled hours. A candidate who declines the vacancy due to the work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process. **Workload:** 20 hours per week **Salary:** R$ 6490\.52 **Unit:** Rua Maria Augusta Alto da Rosa \| Teotônio Vilela AL \- 57265674 **Job Summary:** Responsible for providing outpatient and emergency dental care and for disseminating knowledge regarding oral health. **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (MANDATORY):** **NOTE:** PROOF OF THE BELOW REQUIREMENTS MAY BE REQUESTED AT ANY TIME. **DOCUMENTATION:** Active registration with the Regional Dental Council (CRO). The required qualifications must be demonstrated by: a) Copy of the Professional Identity Card issued by the respective Regional Council, valid within its expiration date and displaying the candidate’s full name. (At the time of admission, a “no record” certificate issued by the competent authority will be required.) b) Declaration/document issued by the respective Regional Council indicating the active registration number, the candidate’s full name, validity period, and duly signed and stamped. **EXPERIENCE:** PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN CLINICAL DENTISTRY. **VERIFICATION:** Supporting documents must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements; otherwise, submitted documents will be rejected. Professional experience must be verified by: a) Employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable), nature of services rendered, and description of duties performed; b) Or copy of the Employment Record Book (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, including identification details and employer registration, explicitly demonstrating relevance to the targeted position (only if the CTPS entry bears nomenclature consistent with that required in the Selection Process); c) Or copy of the service provision contract or Autonomous Payment Receipt (RPA), specifying the activities performed during service delivery, supplemented by item “b” above if the position title alone is insufficient to verify experience. **SYLLABUS:** **PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE (Common to all positions):** Text comprehension and interpretation.
