Basic sanitation in Brazil is currently undergoing transformation, marked by new expansion projects. Work Location: **ARAPIRACA/AL** **Responsibilities and Duties** Collect and update customer registration data in the field via system or service order (SO), ensuring accurate delivery of correspondence and addressing customer inquiries; Collect outstanding debts from active connections, providing proper guidance to customers and supporting business continuity; Standardize connections and installations; remove water meters from residential connections; perform tape-cutting (notification of water supply interruption); cut meter pedestals; reconnect cut meter pedestals; and install new connections, all according to service orders; Perform meter reading verification (review of meter readings), ensuring accurate information and numbers; Drive company vehicles (car/motorcycle) when required for external services, reporting any incidents and complying with traffic safety regulations; Follow internal policies related to quality, environment, compliance, occupational health and safety.  **Availability to work on Saturdays, if necessary.** **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed High School education; Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Basic knowledge of hydraulics; **Driver's license category AB required.** Some additional (but non-essential) skills: Excel knowledge.
