**CONTRIBUTIONS:** § Drive value creation by developing or introducing innovations and optimizations for new and/or existing products; § Promote products internally and externally, highlighting the innovations/optimizations developed; § Implement global strategies in projects and opportunities according to the needs of key customers and OEMs (Automotive and White Goods); § Provide technical consultancy to customers, identifying and developing sustainable solutions for project requirements; § Represent customer needs within the company, translating requirements across relevant departments; § Maintain consistent and effective customer relationships through visits and by recording interactions in the CRM system; § Be responsible for mapping the market within their specific area of operation, identifying new projects, and building a pipeline of new opportunities for the internal team; § Lead PPAP preparation for automotive market customers; § Lead technical complaint management, including investigation processes, determining validity, and communicating conclusions to customers; § Influence all key stakeholders across the value chain (customers, suppliers, OEMs, end users, etc.) to actively drive technical innovation with Borealis; § Proactively engage with OEMs to prepare for certifications and changes in technical standards. **DELIVERABLES:** § Identification and management of current and future projects, aligning activities with organizational strategy; § Market mapping, including opportunity identification; § Product development aligned with customer specifications and applications; § Presentation of solutions addressing customer requirements during project execution and product lifecycle; § Technical and commercial support to Sales teams for new quotations or requests; § Compliance with internal standards and applicable local regulations regarding health, safety, environment, asset security, and quality. **REQUIREMENTS:** § Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related fields; § Advanced English proficiency. § Relevant professional experience in the role (product, process, thermoplastic application); § Technical knowledge of polymers / plastic compounds / plastic processing technologies; § Knowledge of quality tools for the automotive market: FMEA, APQP, PPAP; § Project management knowledge is desirable.
