We have an opportunity for you to work as a Planning Analyst in our Maintenance Department. **Job Responsibilities:** * Develop, update, and manage the hospital’s annual Maintenance Plan. * Prepare plans, procedures, and work instructions for maintenance teams. * Schedule teams, resources, and materials according to operational priorities. * Monitor the creation of Work Orders in the system and assign them across teams. * Track and audit the execution of planned maintenance activities. * Close Work Orders, ensuring complete records of activities performed, materials used, time spent, and labor entries. * Record and monitor failure causes, modes, and effects. * Conduct condition analyses, failure trend analyses, and critical performance analyses. * Propose corrective actions and process adjustments to improve asset reliability. * Follow up with internal teams and external suppliers regarding activity progress. * Manage the technical inventory of tools and recurring materials. * Support purchase requests and material requisitions. * Assist coordination with departmental KPIs and reports. * Monitor KPIs including MTBF, MTTR, Backlog, PMP compliance, OPEX, and other departmental indicators. * Develop weekly, monthly, and annual management dashboards and reports. * Conduct critical analyses and support coordination in decision-making. * Assist in organizing and controlling mandatory reports, inspections, and calibrations. * Maintain all documentation updated for internal and external audits. * Participate in continuous improvement projects and initiatives to increase efficiency. * Suggest improvements to PCM processes, routines, and controls. * Participate in standardization and updating of internal procedures. * Support operational training for maintenance teams. **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Production, Electrical, Civil, or related fields), Administration, Architecture, or related disciplines; * Knowledge of maintenance methodologies (TPM, RCM, Predictive Maintenance) is desirable; * Familiarity with maintenance management software (CMMS/ERP) is desirable; * Data analysis skills, and experience developing and monitoring KPIs and management reports are desirable. * **What We Offer:** + Market-competitive salary; + Health and dental insurance (SHARED-COST); + Meals provided at the hospital (breakfast and lunch for R$0.50 per day); + Transportation allowance; + Wellhub; + Life insurance; + Educational institution partnerships; + Sesc partnership; + Employee wellness center.
