




CRH Group is seeking a **Commercial Coordinator** to plan, structure, and execute the commercial strategy for the developer’s projects, ensuring sales performance, appropriate market positioning of products, and maximization of Gross Development Value (VGV), aligned with the company’s financial and brand strategy. **Key Responsibilities** Define and execute the commercial strategy for projects, from pre\-launch through delivery. Structure the sales plan, including pricing, product mix, commercial policy, commissioning, and campaigns. Manage and develop in\-house and/or partner real estate sales teams. Monitor commercial KPIs: launched VGV, sold VGV, sales velocity (VSO), average ticket, contract cancellations, and delinquency. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Development, Finance, and Engineering departments to ensure consistency among product, pricing, and market. Lead strategic negotiations with clients, brokers, real estate agencies, and commercial partners. Analyze market conditions, competition, and customer profiles to adjust product offerings and pricing. Support the definition of funding and bank loan transfer strategies, in coordination with the Finance department. Ensure excellence in customer experience, from initial contact through contract signing. **Performance Indicators (KPIs)** Sold VGV / Launched VGV Sales Velocity (VSO) Commercial Margin Average Ticket Cancellation Rate Lead\-to\-Sale Conversion Rate Requirements and Competencies **Experience** Proven experience in commercial management within the real estate sector, preferably in development. Experience with residential, commercial, or mixed\-use real estate launches. **Technical Competencies** Proficiency in real estate sales strategies and pricing methodologies. Ability to interpret feasibility studies and basic financial indicators. Knowledge of local market dynamics and broker/real estate agency operations.
