Carry out scheduled weekly maintenance activities; * \- Carry out Inspection Routes according to Inspection Plans; * \- Plan maintenance activities using maintenance orders in SAP; * \- Manage spare parts in your area (specification, procurement, storage, preservation, etc.); * \- Address failures according to triggers; * \- Identify and specify spare parts for procurement; * \- Allocate labor hours to executed maintenance orders; * \- Assess and review maintenance planning in Maintenance Orders and Maintenance Plans; * \- Prioritize and sequence maintenance orders together with scheduling (planned shutdowns and weekly maintenance); * \- Implement minor improvements jointly with Maintenance Engineering; * \- Train operators and maintenance personnel on systems and technical topics; * \- Manage execution of maintenance orders generated from Maintenance Plans in SAP; * \- Collect data and samples for the Predictive Maintenance Plan; * \- Provide technical support during emergency incidents in the area; * \- Implement energy source lockouts; * \- Evaluate and close executed maintenance orders; * \- Assess operational requests and pending items (operational inspections and others); * \- Request materials when necessary; * \- Manage technical documentation and software for your area of responsibility; * \- Implement and maintain 5S in your area; * \- Substitute for shift planners and performers when required; * \- Analyze loss profiles; * \- Support supervisors in Planned Inspections; * \- Manage costs within your area of responsibility; * \- Manage critical pending items within your area of responsibility; * \- Create and keep updated the inventory of energy source lockouts for your area of responsibility; * \- Transport components and assemblies to/from the workshop and warehouse when necessary; * \- Provide tools and/or devices required to perform maintenance services; * \- Manage items undergoing external/internal repair; **Qualifications** * High school diploma in Mechanical Technology or currently studying Electromechanics or Mechanical Engineering; * Knowledge of SAP PM module; * Knowledge of maintenance processes and policies; * Knowledge of failure analysis and handling; * Knowledge of metrology; * Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings; * Ability to read and interpret hydraulic and pneumatic diagrams; * Desired knowledge of machine tools; * Inspection of mechanical equipment; * Basic knowledge of Predictive Analysis; * Knowledge of equipment lubrication; * NR-33 – Confined Space Work; * NR-35 – Work at Height. **Additional Information** Additional Information for the job **Diversity, Inclusion and Equity** Diversity is part of our DNA.
