




Job Summary: Technical support professional responsible for managing IT infrastructure, supporting users, maintaining equipment, and assisting with technology projects. Key Highlights: 1. Support for IT infrastructure projects * Provide on-site and remote technical support to unit users. * Configure computers, laptops, and peripherals (mouse, keyboard, headsets, etc.). * Install and update authorized operating systems and software. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on IT equipment. * Support basic network configuration and administration (Wi-Fi and wired). * Install and maintain printers and scanners, including drivers. * Monitor the operation of computer labs and multimedia rooms. * Assist in creating and managing user accounts and access (e-mail, systems, platforms). * Ensure physical and logical integrity of equipment. * Support teaching staff with technical issues during classes and assessments. * Log service requests, monitor SLA compliance, and ensure timely user follow-up. * Maintain local backups as directed by central IT. * Conduct equipment, cable, and peripheral inventory and control. * Install authorized software updates and security patches. * Assist in implementing new systems and technological tools. * Guide users on best practices for using digital tools. * Support IT infrastructure projects (room relocations, network upgrades, data points). * Identify and report critical incidents to the IT team or responsible coordination.
