We are seeking an engaged Engineering intern with interest in developing practical skills in industrial manufacturing. Here, you will have the opportunity to work in a productive and collaborative environment, supporting factory processes, component assembly, and performance indicator analysis—contributing to operational efficiency and continuous improvement of industrial operations. **Your responsibilities will include:** * **Supporting Manufacturing Operations:** Supporting the factory and component assembly teams by monitoring production activities and contributing to departmental organization. * **Monitoring Production Processes:** Assisting in tracking production stages to ensure compliance with standards, workflows, and best industrial practices. * **Performance Indicator (KPI) Analysis:** Supporting the collection, organization, and analysis of manufacturing KPIs, contributing to data-driven decision-making and performance improvement. * **Coordination with Administrative Departments:** Interfacing with administrative areas to support integration between factory and office functions, ensuring alignment of information and processes. * **Supporting Daily Factory Operations:** Participating in operational routines and collaborating on continuous improvement initiatives, workplace organization, and process efficiency. **Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (bachelor’s, technologist, or postgraduate) in Production Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Control and Automation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. * **Availability to intern for up to 2 years**, with expected graduation no earlier than July/2027 and no later than December/2029. * **Mandatory proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite** (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.). * A technical vocational course in industrial fields is considered a plus. * Proficiency in Power BI is considered a plus. * Basic English is desirable; intermediate, advanced, or fluent English is considered a plus.
