




The Fiscal Supervisor is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising fiscal department activities, ensuring compliance with current tax legislation and the correct calculation and payment of taxes. This role involves controlling and verifying ancillary obligations, providing technical guidance to the team, and offering strategic support to the company's financial and accounting management. * Supervise fiscal accounting processes and calculation of direct and indirect taxes (ICMS, IPI, ISS, PIS, COFINS, IRPJ, and CSLL). * Ensure compliance with ancillary obligations (SPED Fiscal, SPED Contributions, DCTF, EFD, DIRF, among others). * Monitor updates in tax legislation and implement necessary adjustments in internal processes. * Validate incoming and outgoing invoices, tax classifications, CST, and CFOP. * Support internal and external audits by providing required information and documentation. * Prepare management reports and tax indicators to support decision-making. * Guide and train the fiscal team on procedures and legislative changes. * Monitor audit processes and interact with government agencies when necessary. * Support tax planning to optimize tax burden within legal boundaries. * Ensure accurate integration of fiscal information with accounting and financial modules.
