Ensure quality and up-to-date content on product pages. Monitor support tickets with platform providers and interact with partners via email, WhatsApp/Slack, and periodic meetings. Support related teams, adhering to internal operational processes and workflows. Manage the Efácil store on marketplaces, ensuring achievement of sales targets and KPIs.
