Job Summary: We are seeking an adaptable professional to provide technical support for TOTVS Protheus TCLOUD ERP systems, as well as engage in system development, maintenance, and project documentation. We look forward to receiving your application! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Technical support for TOTVS Protheus TCLOUD ERP systems; * Development and maintenance of legacy systems; * Ability to document information technology projects; * Participation in process analysis and suggestions for improvements, among other activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** **BASIC REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields; * Knowledge of system customization development and process analysis; * Proficiency in system development using C\#, Python, and Java, with experience in MS SQL databases; * Experience with Power BI; * Skills in project support and teamwork; * **Residence in Maceió and/or Arapiraca \- AL.** **DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Minimum two years of proven experience in the PROTHEUS TCLOUD ERP environment, including knowledge of ADVPL ASP, REST, MINGLE, WEB SERVICES, API, MSSQL, DW, and GIT development. **Additional Information** * Transportation allowance; * Alelo Meal Card; * Birthday day off; * Life insurance; * Attendance bonus; * Continuous development through internal and external training programs; * Company health plan: 50% covered by the company and 50% covered by the employee (optional); * Housing assistance (for employees relocating outside their family residence); * Standard business hours, Monday to Friday (44 hours per week). **Join Araforros in building the FUTURE!** At Araforros, a leader in innovative solutions—including ceilings, accordion doors, PVC roofing, and vinyl ceilings—we seek talents ready to innovate and grow.
